Using SocialSmith

You need an account to use SocialSmith. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Your content

You keep ownership of the websites, brand assets, media and posts you bring to SocialSmith, and of the content we generate for you. You give us permission to process that content only to provide the service.

You are responsible for what you publish, and for having the rights to the websites and material you submit.

Connected platforms

When you connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X, SocialSmith publishes only what you approve or schedule. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies.

AI-generated content

SocialSmith uses AI to analyze websites and draft content. AI output can be inaccurate. Review content before you publish it.

Acceptable use

• Don't use SocialSmith to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, or spam.
• Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access other people's accounts.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SocialSmith available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

SocialSmith is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SocialSmith is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published to third-party platforms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date above. Continuing to use SocialSmith after a change means you accept the updated terms.
